I had a fiber optic system installed about 19 years ago. The control box states that it was manufactured by Super Vision International, and the only markings found outside the box are: SHIEN YA
Model S1082HSL

A few years ago, the light inside burned out, and, subsequently, the fan which was obviously activated by someone that didn't realize the purpose of the switch burned out. These will obviously need to be replaced. Would you be able to give me directions as to who to contact for parts and service? I am not willing to remove the control box as all the fiber optic wiring that services our one ceiling originates from that box, and I have no idea how I might put it back in when the repairs are complete.
