Lincoln Commander 400 board repair. I got this quote from are local repair shop. Do you think you can fix the board if I send it in and or if it's worth repairing?7-25

7/31/25-Pull voltage & hold voltage to
stop solenoid test ok, pull winding 0.4
Ohm, hold winding 20Ohms, solenoid
plunger & all hardware missing. Low OCV
(50VDC), should be 64 to 74VDC. Weld
stator voltages low (40 VAC) should be
48 to 55VAC. SCR's test okay, one gate n
ot firing. Low AC voltage (120V aux is
also low at 85VAC) indicates problem
with wxcitation capacitor bank. SCR not
being gated indicates mother control PC
board. Problems are too extensive to
justify further troubleshooting.
Control board is discontinued and ones
sent to board repair facility in states
came back worse then sent out.
