Hello,

I am writing to enquire whether you would be able to assist us with our PAGA system.

PAGA controller: Currently Rack A is not operational due to this (50%).

On trying to page from any PABX phone, paging does not come through from both Rack A and Rack B.
Rack a controller displays Read/Write Fault. The display also becomes smudged. But if controller of
Rack A is powered down and Rack A PABX interface is disconnected, rack B can be used for paging.

It was also observed that if controller A is powered down and cooled down, on restarting, it works
Ok for around half hour and the display is also clear. Then the problem starts again and display also becomes
Hazy and smudged again.
