Acramatic vickers acramatic 2100 control

What would a diagnosis of my A2100 controller generally run? I realize the repair cost would vary with the problem but what/how do you charge for the diagnosis process.
I have replaced the hard drive several times in this unit and now I have a hard card drive. a month ago it would load the Control software but still had issues. When I tried this week to get it to the last fail point it would not even get past the "loader" point on NT.

I have two new cloned hard drives and the hard-card drive and the software looks right on them.

The original problem seemed to be the IO board or the RealTime board but replacing them both just seemed to move the problem. Having the boards all tested seems to be a good place to start as well as making sure the software is loaded properly.
Is this something you can do for us?
