Hi,

I would like to get a total cost estimation for JLG Smart System, part 1600286, AU3019 fault analyzing, repair and shipping back to Finland.

Delivery time estimation would also be great.

End user's comment about the fault is:"output voltage is low". I understand that it is lower than before, not totally off.

The PCB has been visually checked from top side (did not get the board off from the aluminum plate).
There's no marks of any burn or mechanical damage or solder cracks.
10 pieces of Elkos are visually ok.
Connectors J1 - J12 seems to be ok. Pins are not loose.
No shorts any where. No contamination. The board is quite clean. Protective lacquer have been used after reflow.
That is pretty much all I'm going to do with the board.

I do not have measurement equipments for fault analyzing, neither lay out or schematics for this board. Only multimeter in use :)
