Ps do your offer meets and covers all the specifications mentioned in the Inquiry Specification and data sheet

PS Let your Quotation mentions:
- PRICE C.I.F UM-QASIR/Basrah
- Period for EX-Works
-Validity for your Quotation has to be foe 90 days.
- Full Specifications , Data Sheet, Drawings , photos
It is required to present the following certificates in live copies, PS Consider the costs and add to your prices:
- ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO BE PROVIDED AS LIVE COPIES
BEFORE SHIPMENT, IT IS A CONDITION FROM THE CLIENT
A- certification of "Country of Origin" signed and Stamped by your co. and signed also and stamped by Iraqi Embassy in the country of origin
B- Certification of third party inspection from one of (Bureau VERITAS, Lloyds register , interkek global , and DNCV)) has to be provided.
C- Bill of Landing
D- Packing List
E- Insurance for shipment Freight to Destination port
** Warranty
- PS mention the country of Origin.
If possible to mention the total weight
PS add 3% as my own commission over the EX-Prices if your policy allows.
PS Let me get your Quotation/ NOT LATER THAN 19 july.2018,earlier possible
