Power Designs lj44 00025a plasma power supply repair kit

I have a Sampo 42" plasma tv.. model PME42s6. PS is a Samsung LJ44-00025a which I believe is bad. Unit would not power up at all. I replaced bulging cap, now get start sequence, then relay drop, and red alarm LED. It seems there are notorious.. Not worth spending a lot on a obsolete unit. Up until this point had been flawless.

Please advise

if there is a repair kit, as noted in the link that sent me here
