Dear sir .

I have a problem with my cincinnati 4 axis model arrow 1000 Milling Machine .

Because of my location I have no any vickers specialist or trust , because of no specialist person and some wrong direction from them the problem don t solved .

Inaccessibility of your repair center through political difficulty , suspend me in my problem .

I will be pleased if you help me what I do (in priority Test or replace any electronic Elements , cold weld , Relay , ... ).

PROBLEM:
Start of spindle at 300 rpm or lower , no problem appear also when decreasing spindle speed in 100 rpm step by step to high speed range .

As well As , the machine work normally when decreasing spindle speed at any step , for example decreasing spindle speed from 4500 to 200 rpm or stop from Higher speed , also spindle can work normally at any constant speed in long time.

But at start condition to 400 rpm or higher speed or when increasing speed at the step of 200 rpm or higher , the z axis drop down ( about 1 cm) and stop with z axis with servo brake , then spindle stop with brake and control shut down and axis alarm appear in monitor but red LED on power supply in off (not emited).

I think that when spindle speed up , some output voltage of power supply cut or drop down at instant time and the axis drive or drives disabled and control system shut down spindle with brake and all control systems shut down .

In off condition the test of capacitor & triestors on power board and all elements on control board in power supply was ok (I imagine) .

The spindle motor is ok . and the resolver have nearly 20% oscillation in monitor spindle power percent green bar , the spindle bearing some noisy , but the spindle set mechanical drivability is good.

the problem removed when I pushed the sockets c1 & c2 on rear of power supply and then I removed the excesive current from spindle motor in mind As problem root , Because havent any circuit diagrystems I doubt a compact relay near the C1 Socket (110 volt I/O ) on control board specified (24 volt Input (1900 Ohm)and 300v AC - 6 A output) and replace it.

After this procedure the normal spindle start , grow up to 800 rpm .
and sometimes to 4000 rpm , but in random time the problem appear in start revolution higher than 800 rpm or 200 rpm intermediate increasing speed .(sometimes : 40 times 4000 rpm normal start-sop and sometimes 15 times the problem repeat at 1200 rpm spindle start (Higher than 800 rpm).

At this time I don t know the replaced relay have problem or any other part or cold weld point in circuit pattern is the root of problem .

Excuse me for weakly text

Please help me , please , please , please .

With the best regards .
Vahid M.
Mechanic engineer.
