Technipower Technipower MCS Series Repairs?

My group helps the U.S. Air Force to maintain some 20+ year old ground equipment. This equipment contains 10 different models of the Technipower MSC series power supplies. Needless to say, over the years, several of these units have failed. The Air Force has some spare units, but probably not enough to last the next 10 to 20 years that they may be forced to keep this equipment operational. My question to you is: can you repair these supplies if the Air Force can be convinced to release the failed units? Most of them have no output at all.
