Kranco Limit Switch to Hoist Drum Coupling

We have a Kranco Trolley Assembly Type - K , 10 Ton hoist (6"-6" Spread , 54"-0" Lift) Reference Job 8665.
I'm looking to replace the subject coupling. No specific information (i.e. part number, etc) is found. The coupling is related to a Geared Limit Switch Ass'y listed as item 33 on drawing Kranco 8665 (aka Job No.).
Also, a drawing number - MK-15-A - is listed under item 33.

The current coupling is described as a rubber hose with clamps. The hose shows signs of degrading and impacts setting the limit switch. It is 3" long and fits over the 1/2" shafts. We know the limit switch has a woodruff key in place and helps degrade the coupling.

Don't know if you have any idea of the recommended coupling or if drawing MK-15-A would identify it. Any info (coupling, torque requirements, etc.) you have will be appreciated. Thanks,
