Frequent damage to Batteries and Chargers

Please we`ve had frequent Problems with our Batteries and the Firetrol chargers in the last 3 to 4 months.
1. We need to know the Capacity of batteries the firetrol Chargers are designed to charge.
2. If the Firetrol Battery Chargers could be used to Charge Caterpillar Heavy duty batteries of make 12Volt; 100 and 400Amphour Lead/Acid Batteries e.t.c.
3. Are they designed for harsh weather conditions (e.g.Windy Marine Environment)
4 Is it possible for you to let us have a detailed manual of the Firetrol Chargers giving information on charging capacity and some other information that might be useful to us.
